  1. Can I in just one order select items from several stores?
    Yes – you are buying from stamford.myshopislocal.co.uk – the different shops supply us with the goods. The reason we display the goods each store sell under their shop name is that for some goods the customers will know which shop sells it so should make it easier to navigate.

  2. How do I search for products?
    Go to ‘Search’ and start typing in name, description, or anything else you know about the product you are looking for, and the search engine will provide you with accurate matches, near to matches, sounds like matches, and many more possibilities.

  3. Have you grouped products?
    Yes, if you go to ‘Products’ drop-down menu you will see multiple pre-selected grouping of products. Click on the one you want to browse further – you can then in addition sort on tags, most popular, a to z, z to a, and more.

  4. How do I add products to my shopping cart?
    When you view products you can hover over the centre of the picture and click on Quick View. This gives you part of the product description, price etc. You can click on Add to cart here – or go to the Full description and Add to cart from there. The Cart icon in the menu bar will display a small circle when you have added item(s) to the cart.
  1. How do I check out?
    Either click on the cart icon in the menu bar and go to Check Out or click on Check Out when you are in the shopping cart.

  2. Do I need to register?
    No, you can continue as guest. We do recommend to register if you will be using us again as it saves you the time to fill in your details again.

  3. How can I pay?
    You can pay either with debit/credit card, American Express, or Pay Pal. To pay with debit/credit card, please click on PayPal and check out as guest with PayPal. 

  4. Are my details safe?
    Your details are encrypted and stored on servers in extremely well-guarded and protected data centre. Nobody in our company or at the data centre can access your payment details – they can only be accessed by our clearing bank and your bank.
     
  5. How does the delivery work?
    At check out, you will be asked to select date for your delivery and there is a note for requests for your delivery. We will attempt to meet your request, but sometimes we will not be able to. We then deliver to the address you filled in as delivery address within the time slot specified on the delivery you select on check out.
